In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the m11mpo platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. m11mpo strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, agent, or affiliate of m11mpo, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the m11mpo platform, whether voluntarily (self-exclusion) or by platform decision.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria listed above are met and remain continuously satisfied during your use of the platform. Any misrepresentation of eligibility may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

To use the services offered by m11mpo, you must create a personal account by completing the registration process. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the m11mpo platform. Opening multiple accounts (whether under the same name, different names, or using different identity documents) is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK where applicable), and active contact details. m11mpo is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration data provided by the Member.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — will be treated as your responsibility, unless you have promptly notified m11mpo of a security breach.
• KYC Verification: m11mpo may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by m11mpo may result in account restrictions.
• Account Currency: All account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits and withdrawals must be conducted through supported Indonesian banking channels.

m11mpo reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without being required to provide a reason.

m11mpo supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Indonesian banking channels. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Local bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• Digital e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

4.2 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 10.000 (subject to change; refer to the current deposit page for live limits).
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes of bank confirmation. Delays beyond this window may be reported to our 24/7 live chat support.
• All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• m11mpo does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000 (subject to change).
• Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) controls.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours, subject to banking hours and system availability. During high-volume periods (e.g., Idul Fitri, year-end), processing times may extend.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 5.000.000 will be processed.
• m11mpo reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any withdrawal flagged as unusual under our AML procedures.

m11mpo offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. m11mpo will not award bonus funds without clearly publishing the associated wagering terms.
• Eligibility: Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria, including the minimum deposit amount required to trigger the bonus, eligible games or bet types, and the time window within which the bonus must be claimed and used.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless the promotion terms explicitly permit it. If a Member deposits while a bonus is active, the second bonus will be queued or forfeited depending on the specific promotion rules.
• Bonus Abuse: m11mpo employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated multi-account claiming, matched-betting strategies designed to eliminate wagering risk, exploitation of system errors or technical glitches, and collusion between Members. Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their bonus funds voided and their account suspended.
• Seasonal Promotions: m11mpo may offer time-limited promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These promotions carry their own specific terms and cannot be combined with standard ongoing offers unless explicitly stated.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw: m11mpo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where feasible. Members who have already claimed an active promotion will not be retroactively affected by mid-promotion changes, except where fraud or rule violation is involved.

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the m11mpo pla tform. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published on the relevant game or market pages and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued by the platform and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the Member's account balance. Bets displayed as "pending" are not yet confirmed.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each game, market, and bet type. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by event, market liquidity, and Member account tier.
• Odds Changes: For sports betting markets, odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds applied to your bet will be those confirmed at the point of acceptance, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Void Bets: m11mpo reserves the right to void any bet where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; a technical error resulted in incorrect odds or payout calculations being displayed; or evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting activity is identified.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to return a payout. If one leg is voided, it is removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs continue. Minimum and maximum leg counts for mix parlay bets are specified at the point of bet placement.
• Togel Markets: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by officially published draw outcomes. m11mpo does not control draw results and bears no responsibility for the accuracy of third-party draw data beyond what is verifiably published.
• Live / In-Play Betting: In-play markets may be suspended at any time at m11mpo's discretion. Bets placed during a suspension window will be void. Connection issues on the Member's side during live betting are the Member's responsibility and do not entitle the Member to void or replay a bet.
• Palpable Errors: In the event of a clearly erroneous price or payout being offered (a "palpable error"), m11mpo reserves the right to void affected bets at any time, including after settlement, and to recover any funds paid out as a result of the error.

m11mpo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Members. We provide the following tools and resources to assist Members in managing their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration alerts to receive a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Members may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the account cannot be used to place bets or access games.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel they need a longer break may apply for self-exclusion for a period of between 6 months and 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen reminders of time elapsed and net win/loss during the current session are available on request.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m11mpo platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or artificially inflate winnings.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner without prior written authorization from m11mpo.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise access the platform's underlying code, databases, or intellectual property without authorization.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or other actions intended to recover deposited funds while retaining winnings or bonus benefits.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing m11mpo staff, agents, or other Members via any communication channel.
• Exploiting identified bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Members who discover a technical error are required to report it to support immediately. Exploitation of known errors — even before they are corrected — is prohibited and winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.

All content on the m11mpo platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of m11mpo or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any platform content without prior written consent from m11mpo.
• Use of the m11mpo brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context, including affiliate marketing, without a signed agreement.
• Framing, mirroring, or embedding platform content on any third-party website or application.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing arrangements with m11mpo.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m11mpo shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity — whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical failures caused by factors outside m11mpo's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, acts of God, or government-mandated service restrictions.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the Member's bank, e-wallet provider, or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Any unauthorized access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Decisions made by the Member based on information displayed on the platform that is subject to change without notice (including but not limited to odds, game paytables, and promotional terms).

Where m11mpo is found liable under any applicable law, total liability shall in no event exceed the aggregate net deposits made by the Member to their m11mpo account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

m11mpo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, without prior notice, where:

• The Member has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• m11mpo has reasonable grounds to believe that fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity has occurred on the account.
• The Member has failed to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require m11mpo to restrict access for a specific individual or group.
• The Member has been identified as a minor (under 21 years of age).

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, m11mpo reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any withdrawable balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within 14 business days.

Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting live chat support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned upon successful KYC verification.

m11mpo operates under an internationally recognized gaming license. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m11mpo holds its operating license, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the m11mpo platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of m11mpo's licensing jurisdiction, and you irrevocably waive any objection to such jurisdiction on grounds of inconvenience or otherwise.

Members who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is complex and that they access the m11mpo platform at their own discretion and risk. It is each Member's personal responsibility to comply with any laws or regulations applicable to them in their place of residence.

m11mpo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, m11mpo will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform homepage or by direct communication to the Member's registered email address.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the m11mpo platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. m11mpo recommends checking this page at least once per month, and always before making a significant deposit or placing a high-value bet.
